Professional Law Experience
Clifford Singh brings extensive experience on both the Plaintiff and Defence bars to the Impact Law LLP team.
Upon being called to the Bar in 2008, Mr. Singh joined a highly respected insurance defence firm in midtown Toronto where he practiced in the areas of insurance fraud, Accident Benefits, and tort claims.
After having successfully navigated this practice for three years, Mr. Singh joined a GTA based Plaintiff Personal Injury firm where he handled hundreds of personal injury claims ranging from severe slip and falls to Catastrophic motor vehicle accidents.
During his four years practicing for the Plaintiff Personal Injury Bar, Mr. Singh obtained settlements totalling in the millions of dollars for his clients while simultaneously tending to the needs of often times very seriously injured individuals on a personal level.
He recognizes monetary settlements alone are not sufficient to help clients get back to where they were prior to their injury and employs that level of care, concern, and consideration into every aspect of his practice.
Mr. Singh brings a broad wealth of experience in the field of civil litigation and administrative tribunals and is extremely comfortable aggressively fighting for the rights and entitlements of his clients.
Mr. Singh strives to balance the desire of clients to obtain prompt resolution to their claims while also ensuring that any compensation received for their injuries is maximized.
He brings a distinct perspective to the Impact Law LLP team having practiced for insurance companies in the past, and, thus, is uniquely positioned when negotiating with these entities to ensure that his clients obtain the best possible outcome for their individual case.
Outside of his legal practice Mr. Singh enjoys volunteering at the local animal shelter as well as mentoring at risk youth through a Toronto based mentorship program. He also enjoys watching professional basketball and football and has a passionate interest in true crime novels and documentaries.
