Kunwarpreet graduated from the University of Toronto specializing in the field of Political Science, earning an Honors Bachelor of Arts degree.
He subsequently attained his LL.B. (Honors) degree from University of Leicester.
After gaining experience in personal injury law and criminal law during his Articles with the firm, he later joined Impact Law LLP as counsel.
His personal injury practice includes a focus on motor vehicle accident tort claims and accident benefit claims, slip and fall claims, short-term disability claims and long-term disability claims.
He has gained extensive experience in representing clients with a wide array of injuries including but not limited to various chronic pain and fatigue, psychological disorders, torn ligaments, fractures, slipped discs, nerve damage, fibromyalgia and many other conditions.

Clifford Singh brings extensive experience on both the Plaintiff and Defence bars to the Impact Law LLP team.
Upon being called to the Bar in 2008, Mr. Singh joined a highly respected insurance defence firm in midtown Toronto where he practiced in the areas of insurance fraud, Accident Benefits, and tort claims.
After having successfully navigated this practice for three years, Mr. Singh joined a GTA based Plaintiff Personal Injury firm where he handled hundreds of personal injury claims ranging from severe slip and falls to Catastrophic motor vehicle accidents.
During his four years practicing for the Plaintiff Personal Injury Bar, Mr. Singh obtained settlements totalling in the millions of dollars for his clients while simultaneously tending to the needs of often times very seriously injured individuals on a personal level.
He recognizes monetary settlements alone are not sufficient to help clients get back to where they were prior to their injury and employs that level of care, concern, and consideration into every aspect of his practice.
Mr. Singh brings a broad wealth of experience in the field of civil litigation and administrative tribunals and is extremely comfortable aggressively fighting for the rights and entitlements of his clients.

Mr. Roy clerked for the Honorable Mr. Justice Lloyd Dean of the Ontario Court of Justice, where he gained invaluable insight into the criminal justice system.
In addition, Mr. Roy co-authored the article Maintaining Provincial Monopolies: The legality of online gambling sites in Canada with a leading academic in the area of gaming law. The article was published in the Canadian Gaming Lawyer Magazine, 1-11, and is available online.
As a zealous advocate Mr. Roy has successfully defended individuals charged with assault, domestic assault, sexual assault, robbery, controlled drug and substance offences, weapons offences, firearms offences, arson, theft/shoplifting, break & enter, impaired driving, dangerous driving, mischief, theft, arson, fraud, conspiracy, laundering proceeds of crime, regulatory offences such as careless driving, stunt/racing, driving with no insurance, and other offences.
Mr. Roy has defended the rights of his clients with great tenacity and dedication securing numerous acquittals as well as having his client’s charges withdrawn.

After graduating from Simon Fraser University in British Columbia with a B.A. in Political Science and Criminology, Vik received dual degrees (J.D./J.D.) from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law and University of Detroit Mercy Faculty of Law. He articled at a respected commercial & business law litigation firm in downtown Vancouver, B.C. and joined Impact Law LLP in 2015.
Vik previously worked for the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia (APEGBC) as a Legislative Reform Research and Policy Analyst. His strong research, analytical and communication skills are complimented by an unwavering work ethic and determination to obtain the best results for his clients. He prides himself on his interpersonal skills and overall ability to both cultivate and maintain positive relationships.
Vik leads the litigation charge at Impact Law LLP and holds a strong carriage of Personal Injury trial and arbitration files. He has experience representing claimants before the Superior Court of Justice, the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, the Licence Appeal Tribunal, and in private mediations and arbitrations.
